As a mother of 3 children, I know the difficulties that come with prioritizing myself so that I can continue to show up for my kids. I have endured a devastating injury that caused me to miss almost an entire year of exercise. As a result, I didn't keep my nutrition in check and gained 20 lbs during that time. I know what it is like to go through the process of losing weight and learning healthy habits.
As a trainer, I not only build workout programs and give nutritional guidance, I also educate women on the importance of a healthy lifestyle and I educate them on exercise. My goal is that they learn to prioritize themselves, so that in 20, 30, or even 50 years from now, they are still able to show up.
I train women God's way! Our bodies are temples. We need to treat them as such. They are not an obstacle, but rather a blessing. Treasure that!
